PART-TIME WORK AVAILABLE FOR WINTER
Inn-Town Homes and Apartments is currently looking for part-time leasing positions for November-January. We are looking for students who are interested in Real Estate and/or Sales. Position offers great pay, flexible hours and fun work environment. Evenings and weekends a must. If you are looking to make some extra money for school, this is a great opportunity for you! We are currently accepting applications for our Turnover Season. 
This season runs from August 30th – September 18th.  There are two types of positions, one is working in the maintenance department which will include duties such as helping with power washing, grounds care, moving furniture, etc. The other is an office position which will include duties such as filing, making copies, answering phones and running errands.  These jobs will supply full time hours.  Only those interested in full time hours need apply. Weekends required as well.  Both positions pay $10/hr.

Inn-Town Homes accepts applications for Part-Time Leasing Consultants and Part-Time office staff for Winter Quarter. We are looking for students who are able to work from 15-20 hours per week, alternating Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a flexible work schedule around your class schedule.

Students interested in the position must be friendly, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task (including answering a multi-line phone system) and be comfortable with a sales-type position. They need to have a clean driving record and must be able to meet the 15-20 hours per week requirement, including weekends. Starting wage is $10/hour with opportunities for commissions.
